Palm Beach Currumbin State High School – Vietnam Adventure and Service Tour 2026

This 13-day educational tour to Vietnam has been specifically tailored for the students and staff of Palm Beach Currumbin State High School in Queensland. The itinerary includes visits to Hanoi, the central highlands of Dalat, the dynamic city of Ho Chi Minh, and the historic Cu Chi tunnels. The group will also explore the Mekong Delta, situated in the southernmost region of the country.

A highlight of the program is a four-day hiking and camping expedition in the Dalat highlands, commencing with mountain biking and abseiling. The hike involves self-navigation, with students covering 15–20 km per day while carrying their own equipment and provisions.

Another significant component of the tour is a service project, during which students will collaborate with local tradespeople to renovate a government school. This initiative is designed to deepen students' understanding of local development challenges and promote meaningful community engagement.
